Here are the answers to questions we’ve been asked in the past but if you have any more please get in touch!
How do I cook the pasta?
Firstly, separate out the strands of pasta. Heat a large pot of salty water until it comes to a roiling boil. Add the pasta and cook. 3-4 minutes for Tagliatelle, 4-5 minutes for Pappardelle. Reserve some of the pasta water, drain, and mix with your sauce. Adding some of the pasta water if it needs loosening.
Can I freeze the pasta?
Yes, you can freeze it for up to a month in a zip lock bag. To cook it, let it defrost for 20-40 minutes, until you can separate the strands, and then cook in boiling water for 1-2 minutes longer than fresh.
